]]> BBQ is a personal thing so its tough giving advice. However, my opinion is that there are no better ribs being served in Seattle today. I’ve heard that the brisket is even meaner. But I can’t get past the ribs. The “bark” is thick and on the sweet side, so if you’re into savory rubs this may leave you wanting. But I love it as I dislike overly salty ribs. The bark is a heavenly layer of crunchy, sweet, pork rib savoriness. Try it!
